Charge of illegal bingo

For this activity, says the announcement published Wednesday in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands. The charge has been responsible for developing the game out clandestinely, in accordance with Article 30.1 of the Law of the Games and Gambling 6 / 1999 of the Games and Gambling State.
According to records of the BOC, the site has violated the provisions of article 1.3 of Decree 85/2002 on the Financial Regulation of the Bingo Game. It states that it prohibits the games, with the same or different name, in essence forms of the game of bingo, as well as the management, operation or practice of the game of bingo without the relevant permits.
In addition, the resolution notes that there is committing a very serious, which is the organization or operation of gaming or wagering without owning the relevant administrative licenses, as well as the conclusion of practice or the public outside the establishments, in accordance with the provisions of Article 26th) of the regulations.
It has been proven, that the resolution says that at the time of the visit by the officer assigned to the Gaming Inspection Service, on May 9, 2008, at a local, located on the street Jose Alonso, 3, term Municipal Reef, was practicing a game that, by their very nature, this is the game of bingo, considering it illegal, not counting its organizer, Ms. Sara Daida Martin Martin, with the required authorization for the practice of that game.
Therefore, it is resolved to punish the offense at its minimum level, with a fine of 60101.21 Euros, in accordance with the provisions of Article 29.1.a) of the Act.
From that same Wednesday, the charge is within 15 working days to soon see fit to plead in his defense, in accordance with Article 19.1 of Royal Decree 1.398/1993 of Aug. 4, on the Financial Regulation procedure for the exercise of punitive power.
